What the P&C gets.
Write a notice for the whole school, a year level or one class. It stays pinned in each class chat until it’s done, with read counts by class, never by name.
Parents pick a volunteer shift in one tap and get a reminder the day before. The roster prints.
Class reps run their own class chat and share a space with the committee. Parents’ questions come to one inbox, and the right person answers.
When the committee changes over, the notices and the records stay.
The school stays in charge of who’s who.
A P&C can’t send anything until your school has confirmed it’s your school’s P&C, and nobody can give themselves a committee role. Families join their class chat from the class list your school provides, not by typing a class name.
What the school does:
- Confirms its P&C, once.
- Approves committee roles when the P&C asks.
- Provides class lists, so families land in the right class chat.
That’s all. Frankie doesn’t connect to Compass, Sentral or any school system, and school notices stay where they are.
Children’s details are protected first.
Family data is stored in Australia, in Sydney. The P&C never gets a contact list: no emails, phone numbers or children’s details. Children’s care details are encrypted separately and shared only family by family. Parents can report anything, and reports go to the Frankie team, not the person reported.
