How frankie fits.

Your school’s systems keep doing their job. frankie is the parent community alongside them, with its own space for the school, the Parent Association and teachers. Each has its own purpose and its own permissions.

Your school’s systems

Compass, Sentral, newsletters and the school’s own channels. Official notices, excursion forms, attendance and reports stay here, exactly as they are today.

The heart

frankie for parents

Where families find their people, have their conversations and make plans. Class chats, PlayProfiles and ParentProfiles, play dates and birthdays.

Who: parents and carers. Each family chooses what it shares.

Alongside

School setup

The school establishes who belongs: class lists, families and roles, kept up to date as children move classes.

Who: school administrators. They set up access; they don’t run or monitor parent chats.

Alongside

Parent Association hub

A working space to plan events, fundraising and volunteers, and reach every class without copying and pasting.

Who: organisers and class reps. Never private family chats or care details.

Alongside

Teacher community

A private staff space for year-level chats, catch-ups and celebrations.

Who: school staff. Teachers aren’t added to parent class chats.

Connected by membership, not by access.

The four spaces share who belongs, so families don’t hunt for links and nobody builds a contact list by hand. They don’t share everyone’s conversations or personal information.

  • The school confirms who belongs and who holds which role. It doesn’t read parent chats.
  • The Parent Association sees its own events and the conversations it’s part of. It can never read parents’ private chats.
  • Teachers talk with colleagues in their own space, separate from parents.
  • Parents choose who sees their profiles and their child’s care details.
